The England boss told reporters: "She's still recovering. She's doing things on the pitch and we have two more days so we're going to give her time. I don't know yet [if she'll be ready], but that's what we're going to go for – 23 players available for the game on Sunday."
THE BIGGER PICTURE
Wiegman will obviously be eager to have James available for such an important fixture as the Lionesses aim to successfully defend their Euro title against the reigning world champions. James has already scored twice at the tournament in Switzerland and is a key player on the right wing for Wiegman. If she is not fit in time, Wiegman is likely to turn to Beth Mead or Chloe Kelly instead.

England fans now face a nervous wait to see if James will be fit to take on Spain in Sunday's showdown. The two teams meet at St. Jakob-Park in Basel, with kick off scheduled for 5pm local time.
